What is IBO Player?
IBO Player is a versatile IPTV media player available on almost every platform and operating system. Its clean user interface, smooth playback, and inclusion of essential features make it the recommended player for FavoTV subscribers. IBO Player supports live TV, VOD (movies and series), catch-up, and EPG (electronic programme guide).
Step 1: Download IBO Player
Install IBO Player from the appropriate app store for your device:
- Android phones/tablets: Download from the Google Play Store. Search for "IBO Player" or "IBO Player Pro".
- Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV: Search for "IBO Player" in the Amazon Appstore and install directly.
- Samsung Smart TV: Open the Samsung App Store (Tizen), search "IBO Player", and install.
- LG Smart TV: Open the LG Content Store (webOS), search "IBO Player", and install.
- Apple TV / iPhone / iPad: Download from the Apple App Store. Search "IBO Player".
- Windows PC: Download IBO Player from the Microsoft Store or use the BlueStacks Android emulator.
- macOS: Use the Mac App Store or an Android emulator to install IBO Player.
Step 2: Get Your Device ID and Key
After installing IBO Player, open the app. On the activation screen, you will see two pieces of information:
- Device ID -- a unique identifier for your device
- Device Key -- a verification code
Write these down or take a screenshot. You will need to send them to our support team.
Step 3: Send Your Details to Support
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with the following information:
- Your order confirmation or subscription plan
- Your Device ID
- Your Device Key
Our team will remotely activate your playlist on IBO Player. Activation typically takes 5 to 15 minutes.
Step 4: Start Streaming
Once activated by our team, simply restart IBO Player on your device. Your channels, movies, and series will load automatically. Navigate through the categories to find live TV, sports, movies, series, and more.

Troubleshooting
- Channels not loading: Check your internet connection and ensure your subscription is active. Restart the app.
- Buffering issues: A minimum download speed of 30 Mbps is recommended. Try connecting via Ethernet instead of WiFi.
- App not found on Smart TV: Some older Smart TV models may not support IBO Player. Contact support for alternative options.
- Device ID changed: If you reset your device, the ID may change. Contact support with the new ID for reactivation.
