7. Repeat Infringers

Users identified as repeat copyright infringers may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

8. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents infringement may be held responsible for damages under applicable law.
